- All communications with the journal shall remain confidential. Unauthorized publication or sharing of email correspondence may invite legal action.
- Post-publication corrections requested after 3 days of publication may incur applicable correction charges (one-time request only).
- In case of proven copyright infringement, IJSRA reserves the right to remove the article without prior notice and without refund.
- No refund will be claimed due to institutional rejection or any third-party objection after publication.
- Authors are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and ethical compliance of their work.
All submissions undergo peer review. The decision of reviewers and the Editor-in-Chief shall be final.

- External links are provided for convenience; IJSRA does not endorse or control third-party websites.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Authors must review all policies before making payment or final submission.
- Authors may withdraw a manuscript before publication without objection.
- No refund will be issued after payment or galley proof is sent to author or final submission, or once the publication process has been completed.
- Processing and editorial costs are incurred immediately upon submission and acceptance.
5. Shipping Policy
IJSRA is an online open access journal. As a digital service provider, no physical products are shipped. All articles are published electronically on the journal website.
