The School Governance Program (SGP) promotes transparency, accountability, and stakeholder participation in improving school performance. This study assessed the implementation of the SGP in selected elementary schools in Northern Conner, Apayao, focusing on stakeholders’ involvement, extent of implementation, relationship between involvement and implementation, and differences based on school profile. A descriptive-correlational research design was employed involving 75 teachers, parents, and school officials. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.89 and analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, weighted mean, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Findings revealed a high level of stakeholder involvement and a high extent of SGP implementation in terms of transparency, accountability, and stakeholder participation. Results further indicated a significant positive relationship between stakeholder involvement and SGP implementation, with significant differences observed across school profiles. The study concluded that the SGP is effectively implemented. It recommends conducting annual capacity-building activities, increasing stakeholder participation, and institutionalizing quarterly monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to further strengthen governance practices and educational outcomes.
