The effectiveness of organizational operations largely depends on the efficiency of business workflows and the ability to monitor process performance across interconnected enterprise functions. This study presents a process analytics framework for evaluating workflow efficiency through quantitative performance measurement and enterprise data analysis. The proposed methodology integrates workflow mapping, process cycle-time analysis, throughput evaluation, and resource utilization assessment to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Enterprise information systems serve as the primary source of process data, enabling structured analysis across multiple business functions. Statistical techniques and performance indicators are used to measure workflow consistency, task completion rates, and operational productivity. The framework is validated using simulated enterprise process environments and comparative benchmarking against conventional workflow assessment approaches. Findings indicate that systematic process analytics can significantly improve operational visibility, support performance improvement initiatives, and facilitate evidence-based decision-making. The proposed framework offers organizations a scalable method for continuously evaluating and improving workflow effectiveness across enterprise environments.
